My name is Zachary Lindner, and I am the founder and principal of Lindner Legal. I am an attorney passionate about protecting your business reputation and brand. I am licensed to represent businesses from all fifty states and around the world in trademark applications and proceedings in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. My firm exclusively practices trademark law to ensure a sharp knowledge of the relevant law and specialized expertise to help your business.

I am a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, and received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

When I am not working, I enjoy campsite bonfires, traveling to meet friends across the United States and abroad, and workshopping new strategic board games.
